We are starting up an online digital media service based in Canada, and would like legal advice and services as follows:

Since we are in early stages of development, we would like to find out legal ways of streaming internet radio to mobile devices, before we implement a system. This radio will only broadcast Indiani/Pakistani/Bangadeshi songs.
Services Needed:
We would need a letter on a letterhead, which should make case for our legality under appropriate U.S. and/or Canadian Law. We would need this to be submitted to an Internet hosting company so that they may allow for this service.
You must either be a legal professional, or a professional engineer with knowledge in this area.
