URGENT - EDIT AND FIX 2 PHP FORMS

I need a PHP expert for an URGENT (needed by tonight) job.
I have 2 php contact forms that used to be working but now that the website has been given a new theme, they no longer work. The php form does not send an email anymore, nor does it refresh to a "thank you, we have received your email" page anymore. I need this to be fixed ASAP.
I would also like some edits to be made to the forms:
I would like it so that when someone enters a field incorrectly, it refreshes the page and tells the user "You forgot to fill out ____" and keep the information they have already entered in the fields, then mark the fields they forgot in red (or put a red asterisk..something so that the user knows which field)
I would also like to have a confirmation email sent to the senders' email address and a cc to mine.
This is a simple project with not a big budget, so lowest bidder wins. FTP information will be provided.

I have 2 php forms on my site that are not sending the info , forms are coming in blank....
On my site i have 4 forms 2 are working ok but 2 function forms are not - i tested the site on 3 other server to trouble shoot if it may be a server issue but the problem was the same for all servers sending blank forms being sent to destination email.....

I tryed to copy the php file to another directory but I get error msg like: Warning: include(../../db_config.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in....

Php Form Fix
I have 2 PHP contact forms on my website. One is on the homepage, and the other is on the contact page. The form on the homepage is not working correctly. The email sends but the "message" input does not go through. It should be a very simple fix.
