search from amazon and ebay products

Our requirements of this project is a simple search engine with
results taken by amazon and by ebay webservices.
This webservices are simple script with keys and with
affiliate accounts.
There'll be a search box (like google) in a simple home page,
but with a simple category tree
(union between amazon category tree and ebay category tree)
The results page area is separated in two sides, one for amazon and one for ebay results.
The categories tree give results at second branch of tree,
for example, the user click a primary category (like in ebay or amazon) and then click the second, now the first results opening in the two area.

we see only one complexity (the different tree categories between ebay and amazon and the results from one unique key)
From the admin side, we need only a possibilities to select the category to view in home page, products example, so when an user come in the home page don’t see only the search product box and category tree, but also the examples products.
In the admin we can set also the affiliate accounts and if is possible track every user's request saved in database
With the localization of world, so I can in future make a little statistics.
example this job is possible to make with
Ajax for dynamic changing contents results (so the site is only one page + one for admin access)
Zend framework to work simply (example the localization is a class of framework) no zend optimizer, no platform, only framework if you can work with it.
This work is a simple consuming webservices.
The budget is no more 350$
