Joomla 1.5 Template basing style from an existing web site

We are interested in polishing an existing web-site. No need for a complete redesign, although suggestions for improvements will be welcome.
We need stuff like choosing the right fonts and better placing the buttons and other elements of the pages.

I have an existing web site that I want to convert to Wordpress keeping the same look and feel. The site is HTML/CSS with a bit of flash. Budget is limited. No content population necessary - just skin the template to work in WP and you're done.

From the category list products, so I need in a spreadsheet the listing of the products per brand, model and category for each product. I'll supply the website you supply the spreadsheet with the products from the website.
