PHP Parse XML file on another server (quick and simple)

I simply want a file that can parse a XML file at
Example: http://SERVER-B.com/file.xml (remote/another server),
and have the actually PHP file sitting on
Example: http://SERVER-A/file.php (myserver).
Things I dont have. Access to Server-B (remote/another server, location of the XML).
I do have access to server-a (my server or you development server).
I have the layout of the XML file from server-B to view.
Need this ASAP. I need it within 3 hours after this project is accepted.

Script to update contents of a php file on the server
easiest. I attached a copy of my language definitions file for you to see what I mean. Simple project. Lowest bid with decent amount of prior feedback gets it. Need this done today so must be able to start and complete immediately. Should be fairly quick, no more than an hour or two. Xml File Import Sql Server
Ive got an Multilevel XML file that contains Form data and need a Script to insert the forma values into a SQL table.
A new Xml file is created each time the form is submitted.

the php file must read the xml file once and only once, it must NOT read the xml file everytime we do a sort etc, so it needs to keep the xml file in memory and then perform operations without reading it every time we filter/sort/etc...
