running WP-Blog and at this Wordpress/">Wordpress-Blog I want to post upcoming Soccer Games (0-2 days before the games start).

You have to grab (legally) the soccer games (in German!), mix it up with some pre-defined content (several posibilities of pre-defined content have to be possible) and post it to the WP-Blog (and do the Ping).

Need to copy a web page and move it to a new domain. Also need to make a few small text changes to web page.
