create xml file from mysql using php

I need someone to extract information from a database to create an xml file in a specific format.

In fact I have already done this for one xml file and need to do it for two more. You can copy the existing code or rewrite the code as you see fit. A sample of the xml file can be found in the PMB. All xml files have a very similar format. Code and db samples can be provided to a shortlist of competent candidates as well.

The feed posts xml to a url of my choice each time a customer places an order using my shopping cart system, romancart. When this php page is called i need it to save the xml to three corresponding mysql tables (orders, customers, orderitems).
