Javascript postage calculator

not there, it says "not found in database"
Usually this happens because a customer enters a postcode, where this script needs the town spelled out to work.
I would like to add an additional error when a customer types in any postcode from 0000-9999 - the error should say "please spell the suburb, no postcodes allowed"
I am pretty sure its a simple add in, just I cant do it.
I could add all of these postcodes to the mysql database but would rather not do it this way.

Hi all,
I would need simple calculator that works through javascript or something similar.
See attached screen, basically drop down list with 2 destinations and then when go action button is clicked script should calculate tariffs and prices deeding on the selected drop list values.
I will add all the values from my tables, you just made the calculation, if you can showcase some demo where we can test it would be great.
