the 3D Rendering and Modelling. This work can be completed after hours, so it's ideally suited for someone who is working professionally full-time and looking for extra income.

The project is a rebuild of a well-known building and you'll be interfacing with a top NYC architecture design firm, so there could be a pipeline of future assignments involved. Looking forward to hearing from potential candidates - no 3rd parties please.

1. answering phone animation.
2. walking animation.
