We need to develop a form by using PHP for entering data into 2 tables in Oracle 9i database.
Service provider must be able to assist in the setting up of current Oracle on Win enviornment to enable PHP on Linux Apache access.
This form should have functions to search, insert, delete activity records and its related order items (1 activity to many line items).
Programming Design:
- Write PHP pages for front end UI with professional design and layout for maximized user experience
- Write a backend database connector to process connections, get/send parameter and data between frontend UI and oracle db
- backend database connector must also process and generate SQL statements with data gathered from frontend UI
- Deny access for unmatched password.

I would imagine this project will not take longer than an hour or two tops.

Fix Php Form On Web Site
ng within the field validation that is being done on the form. Looking for a PHP/Smarty expert to fix this ASAP.
We have a duplicate form on the site that does work, so it should provide some solid clues to the chosen person. Form is simple and does not have many fields, but requires login to view it so I will provide that to the chosen developer along with immediate FTP access.

roject I'm working on. I have created an Oracle database and I'm creating a web page that queries data from it. I have connected to the dBase with a JAVA servlet and the web page should allow users to input data into the tables employing drop down boxes for the foreign keys fields. It will also run predefined queries. I will do the work but I need some assistance with how to set up the page to do this. I need sample code to have the page do this and retrieve the data from the database.

class and connecting to a database that I created. I am connected with putty and WinSCP. I will do the work on this because it is a class aswsignment. I just need assistance with explaining me through the rough parts. There are 3 more weeks of class and I have completed the database part already. I have been given the instructions but it's not working. I may have other questions in completing the project. Like, how is the web page actually requesting the info from the dBase, etc.

Php Form - Need Sessions Added
have a PHP form that has been created for me. It has 11 or so steps, and posts to an SQL database.
However, there are no sessions so half way through the form you can't go back and forth.
I need someone to edit this form for me. I'll pick a programmer in the next hour and ideally it would be great if we could get this done in 2 hours or so.
I'm in the UK so I would prefer a UK programmer as the time difference doesn't suit.

I want a single line form on a webpage.
The purpose of the form is to collect visitors email address on my email.
there will be a single field to enter email address, and when click Submit that email address will be emailed to my own email address.
Im sure its a very simple job for some one who is experienced.
