Convert existing website to Wordpress to be hosted on 3rd party server. Create links page and sign-up page for list-building. Keep existing content.
Website to be more user-friendly, SEO optimized for search-engines, meta-tags and keyword optimized.
Do not have to use existing banner ads.
Incorporate Adsense ads. Adsense ads must blend in and wrap-around text. Adsense ads to be placed according to Google Heat Map for maximum click-thru.

I would prefer that you create native Wordpress pages for all existing pages rather than just copying the existing PHP code into the Wordpress pages. I need to make it easy for the client to make future changes to content.

Convert existing website to WordPress
hard coded into the theme template and does not need to show new pages. The web pages need to appear exactly as they do now. The blog page should use the existing design and be styled for widgets to fit in the right sidebar space.
If HTML is changed significantly, it must pass browser testing in IE7/8/9, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.
