We are an apartment block management company. i want an access database to track where in the apartment block the facilities are (i.e fuse boxes etc). We intend to number every store room in the building and then list what is in the store room. I also want to be able to search the database (example the lights are not working on floor 2, where is the fuse)

I am interested to converting TecDoc database to MySQL for using to the Shop System XT: Commerce

1. Only one language (German)
2. Simple database structure (less tables, texts in tables, simple sql queries etc)
3. Images in jpg files

I also want the queries (or the relative software), so to be able to re-extract TecDoc data from newer versions (to be able to update).

asy in general to create the above form for someone that already knows well PHP and MYSQL and should take about a day or two to finish it thus pricing should reasonably not be high however whoever does this part will go ahead and do other projects (expand the structure to a formal CRM) so consider your work an evaluation for future projects. I need to match up pricing from my database to my competitors database. The only problem is that the items don't match up exactly. My titles and numbers don't always match up so I would need some way to exclude those and match those up manually.
