Brochures x 2 design in photoshop

I need to produce eps, psd and fh9 files to print two product brochures.
This "new" brochures (in spanish)are based on a similar design made previously (in english). For the old english brochures I have all the required eps, psd and fh9 files
I have a complete design of the "new" brochures, made in word format (.doc). I also have the pictures in high resolution.
So basically the work is to re-create the doc design in eps, psd and fh9 format, using the graphic design which is already available from the old brochure. This should be very fast and easy for someone who is an expert in photoshop.

Website Design In Photoshop
For our customer (fitness enter) we need a website design in Photoshop. The design will be translated into HTML by our coder. So only a Photoshop file is needed, no slicing, HTML, CSS or other coding.

Calendar design in photoshop
I would like 2 calenders designed in photoshop. Each calender will consist of 12 months and a front cover. A blank layer should be left to insert a photograph. We will use the templates to create photocalendars. One design should be made at A4 size (210mm x 297mm) and the second design should be 120mm x 380mm (Portarit). I have attached sample images.

Turning a website designed in photoshop to a html website
I have a 7 page website that has been created in photoshop.
I want the website to be translated into html so it is easier and faster to edit.
A few amendments to make from the photoshop design files I am sending you but simple stuff.

I have made a website design on Photoshop CS3. I need help on getting to make links that are in the design already made and putting it onto a website, where I can make drop down links from the links on my design, and add text to the site using my template. I need the whole nine yards lol.
