Simple Flash Action Script - Reading from XML file and up and down scrolling

Hi:
I need a very simple task. Please check http://www.guitar-tube.com on the left you will get "What's new Check latest movies". Under it you get a flash fine which scrolls upward and downward. I need this to develop.
Now check the attached xml file. Data will come from this xml file.
If you check the flash file that I mention above, you will find that its showing a image of the movie and title of the movie at the top. When you put you mouse on the movie image, you get the a play icon at middle ; duration of the movie on left and rating star on right.

Need Flash Animations pulling text from XML FILE - AS3
al REAL 3D effect that people use to watch with those RED and BLUE glasses. This text would fly in from the far distance and appear big on the screen, it should use Depth of field so the text appear to be flying out of the screen.

Flash Action Script work
there is need of scroll option. There may be use of data grid and need external CSS file calling to make style for texts. I will choose only such coder who can show me any simple example where data is coming from external XML with text and image and also scrolling is happening. I will give 10 ratings if the coder satisfy me with the work. Finally all source code have to provide. I am also sending example to understand the work better.

Need Flash Action Script Expert For Small Work
viding images through query string is not possible, please apply any other solution but NOT through XML because it will consume processing if we generate XML on every page load and then flash file gets through it. The reason for providing images on runtime is that we will be changing these background on different pages and different times.
I hope this will not be a difficult for flash experts.

4. Easy method to map fields from XML to 837 (a business users should be able to do this mapping)
5. Fields are either from XML, Default or derived (like date, total etc)
Require support till the solution goes into production.
