Capture SWF's and 1 MOV file and convert to WMV or AVI

I have a requirement for some edits to be made to a .mov file and then for that file to be converted to a DVD and .flv file

The changes relate to an address contained within the movie.

I can supply the original .mov file, logos and text edits.

I have a protected full screen video (approx 2 minutes) that I need converted to WMV, AVI or MPEG. I'm lookin gto put it on YouTube. I don't want to loose any quality in the video or audio. I've zipped up and attached the video file.

It's saved as FLV, You must convert to mp4 or avi - whichever fileformat is smallest.

Rename the files, like this: ("TED Talks - ") (author) (title) (month and year) for example: Ted Talks - David Merrill Demos Siftables, The Smart Blocks (Feb 2009)

hod to add the words it needs to find and remove(remove.txt). Once it finds the words in every file it should save it with the same file name.

Example:
test1.txt includes:
john
sam
bob
henry

test2.txt includes:
jason
mike
bob
jack
