xml file from flickr photo ids with tags

To create a xml file with picture id data pulled from flickr.
We have already written a picture viewer with a thumbnail selecting gallery that pulls data from an xml file. Your xml file should include all the pictures from the users flickr space with the tag equirectangular.
The project is basically a clone of these viewer links below, but ours is in flash.
We will give users a link to place on their flickr page like this

Which then links to this.

N.B. Select menu (top left) to see the other images tagged with equirectangular.

To summerise the xml file should be able to pull the photo id of all the thumbnail previews of the users gallery and also the photo id's of the users main large image.
Also one very very simple web page will be needed that can pull the variables from the flickr link, into our viewer page. e.g. If the link on flickr is
www.ourwebpage.com/test.php?user=bob&viewersize=300
We will give you the web page test.html and you need to make sure that the variables of "user" and "viewersize" go into our web page where we have "user" and "viewersize". Then give us back the page test.php or test.asp This part will only be 5 minutes of work.

I need someone to extract information from a database to create an xml file in a specific format.
In fact I have already done this for one xml file and need to do it for two more. You can copy the existing code or rewrite the code as you see fit. A sample of the xml file can be found in the PMB. All xml files have a very similar format. Code and db samples can be provided to a shortlist of competent candidates as well.

Project is to create Application that can wrap a swf and pass the paramaters that are generated from flash to App to write and save as XML.
We can generate the XML code from flash itself but we just need a way to write the actual XML file. And this application will need to run on users desktop and not a server

XML push from server to client

This requires to many clicks and is too slow so I am looking for the following: after the user clicks a server side (web site) button the XML file is pushed to the client side. This XML file should be stored on the client side. I do not want the user to have to select download button, then select "save" and specify the location on file side. Import XML file from desktop and display results WITHOUT uploading the file to server
Trying to design a web site where a client can insert a xml file into a html form, click send, and then see the information in a html table. Problem... we can't save anything to the server. So it needs to open the file, grab the info, and then process it either right there or on the next page. To be honest... I don't think this is possible.

I need to update an xml file (from a flash component) throught a CMS, I alreay has all the CMS developed, but I need to automaticaly update the data from the flash component extracting the data from the xml file... obiously the xml file must be updated throught the CMS..
The project is a little bit urgent, I like your proposal asap, and if someone can speak in spanish will be better.
If not, is not really important.

Need Flash Animations pulling text from XML FILE - AS3
al REAL 3D effect that people use to watch with those RED and BLUE glasses. This text would fly in from the far distance and appear big on the screen, it should use Depth of field so the text appear to be flying out of the screen.
