Dear all,
I am looking urgently for the Windows XP/Vista drivers for the following device:
- GADMEI UTV 320 USB Box TV Tuner
I am willing to pay a small fee to recover the whole CD-ROM.
The manufacturer's website is http://www.gadmei.com/new3/download.asp.
However, there is a catch, drivers posted there have a CRC problem and don't work. If you could rebuild them, that's fine as well for me. But they need to be tested as I won't pay if they are not working properly for the specified device.

Streaming Website/IPTV Server
ltiple streaming capacity (able to create channels), high quality video compression, Website and Stand-a-lone video player. Also this all needs to work well with Windows and easy to add new channels and cancel channels. Plan and simple... It needs to act just like a TV (Channels, Live Stream, can update and take channels off, On Demand Channel, Support many viewers). If you think you have an idea of what I'm talking bout please help. Demo of it first would also help.

This level of transparency or see-through can be achived only if thr arent any WMP player or DirectShow based player already running, if that happens only the first played player can get this process of first overlay mechanism.

An existing product open source would be interesting to us. In addition to the TV Tuner DirectX we will also display video that is stored locally on the PC in Windows Media Format using WMV ActiveX or other suitable technology, we would like to support H.264 as well and other codecs. The layout of the screen should be controlled by an XML layout.

We need someone to make clone of justin.tv chat box. You can see it on each channel on right side of stream. All futures include (faces, moderate chat etc.). You will be responsible to integrate it with our site. All data from chat should be saving in XML file not DB!!!

Forgot to mention:
The program has to startup with windows with no bugs, no crashes, there's no need of GUI (graphic user interface) since I'm the only one who will use that.
