SMF message board mods and customization (forum bulletin boards)

I have setup a basic message board / bulletin board using SMF (simple machines forum). There are many different ways to modify the basic setup, and I need someone to do it for me. I am looking for the following:
1. Someone who knows how to setup the forum in a presentable and useful way, including making suggestions as to some of the mods and customizations.
2. I need to be able to run ads on the site - this includes scripts for adsense, valueclick, and selling advertising directly to people/businesses. I have already installed the advertising mod but for some reason I am only able to run direct links and not scripts.
You must be able to put different ads in different spots and make it simple for me to use
3. Remove all references to "SMF" etc
4. Add a graphic logo
5. Make sure that the meta data is setup correctly
6. Suggest if there is a way for people to integrate their profiles with social networking sites
7. Make any other suggestions as to ways that you can improve the forum.

Message Board Forum For Existing Website

Message Board Mods

And while you are in there, I also want you to add/correct few things.
1) Emails about new replies to the message board should only be sent to the origina poster after being okayed by the admin... Right now, they are going directly to the original poster, even before the admin approves them.
2) Make URLs search friendly.

Create a straight forward Drupal 6 Forum/message board
al (perhaps nobody will use it!).
I tried the Advanced Forum module,(it's still enabled) and failed...
So if you can use that to achieve the outcome great. Happy to consider other options as long as the jobs done quickly, not too costly and won't create ongoing administrative issues.
Thats it really, pretty simple, but I don't have the time or inclination to figure it out myself.

Need quick customization of website message board forum
eeds to be able to integrate affiliate links for keywords in the text. Must also have room for advertising. Other ideas will be appreciated. I will award this project within the next 2-3 hours. Slickdeals dot net is an example of a similar site, however this site will be different.

s a new post or fails it should outout "url err". It should have the ability to navigate all pages of posts on the topic. It should support at least phpbb,vbulletin, smf, ip.board forums, and have the ability to easily add other forum engine . Please type "forumbot" in your message so I know you red all description and you are not robot.
