Web Update and move to new server

the site wants you to continue paying for there expensive hosting fees. What I need is someone to copy and move the site to a new server and prohibit them from overriding the site from their server/admin. The site is fulling up and functional and already have a cms/adm for both the escort section and the discussion board section. must be done immediately.

Migrate a hosted website and Domain(Custom CMS, based on PHP, Cake and MySQL) to new server on CentOS 5 and Plesk Panel, make sure everything works first, then switch domain etc. No, or minimal downtime.

move a forum from server A to server B.

I have ssh access and vbulletin access.
forum runs on version 3.8

I need someone who is avaible now and knows what they are doing.
Backing up the hole forum is a MUST and if you dont know what you are doing then DO NOT bid on this project.

My website is having a conflict with the ".ht access" file. It has temporarily been deactivated so that the website works. Further I need the website moved to a new host server.

We want 10 websites downloaded from one server and uploaded to our new server. Need minor changes like the link address, heading logo, contact details, and few other changes.
