Civil Engineer for Construction Firm

My company needs a civil engineer to aid in the design of a new building system. The system would be to maximize the modular building, build, buildings in a more eco friendly way. The buildings using less material, more precise building method using sync lock system for buildings. The job will have about a 5 – 6 week contract period. I would like someone with great CAD/3D skills, and other development software skills. I would also someone with high skills in calculation and structure evaluation procedures.
Payment would be about $ 6,000.00 US for the entire contract. You’re earning about a $ 1000.00 per week in the contract. Payment paid upon complete of all duties outlined in the development contract agreement. If you can not answer emails and question a daily communication bases please don’t bid. I need a reliable, honest, hard working person. I would like someone that can start very very soon, so I am going to put in urgent. All work done offsite.
