Build Photographer's Gallery Website - PHP, CMS

I am a photographer and need a new website. My current site (www uriauerbach dot com) looks great but is programmed in Flash and impossible for me to update on my own. I need a site with a user-friendly content management system that I can update without using Flash/Dreamweaver, etc. I want to retain many design elements of my current site and can supply them to you. The new site must be programmed in PHP - no Flash required.
As a reference, please have a look at www lizham dot com I need a site very much like this.

This job will go to someone who can demonstrate RELEVANT experience in building a PHP gallery website like lizham dot com.
The winner will be picked based on actual finished projects, NOT on reviews/testimonials, so you will need to include some examples of your work in your bid. If you can give me trial access to a CMS that you have designed and fits my needs you will almost certainly get the job (subject to a reasonable budget).
This is a custom job. If you already have a design that you can adapt - wonderful! But absolutely no Joomla, Wordpress, Photostack, DotNetNuke or any third party applications.
Detailed brief:
I want the site to look and work pretty much exactly like lizham dot com, but with the black background and grey/green Helvetica font & logo scheme of my current site.
IMPORTANT! Many of the PHP galleries I have seen alter the nature of the image they are displaying often the image appears *lighter* than it actually is. I dont know why this is, but this is not acceptable on this project. The image must appear on the site exactly as it does in Photoshop.
There will be no thumbnails (like on my current site), just four or five sections with a series of images in each (like on lizham dot com).
There will also be three static pages linked from the homepage: bio, contact and clients, as well as a link to my email address on the email button.
Each section must be capable of containing any number of images in the series, which the viewer can click back and forth to view in a loop. (Note that viewers on lizham dot com cant click back and forth which I consider a design flaw I need buttons for each direction).
All images must be in a folder corresponding to the series somewhere on the back end that I can easily access and change and determine the viewing order.
The opening page must show one of a folder of images at random. i.e. every time someone lands on (or refreshes) the homepage, it should show one of these images at random. These homepage images must also be in a folder that I can access and change easily.
I can supply the code from my current site if it helps you.
I can supply ready-to-use logos.
I like the buttons from my current site, so you can use them.
I can supply all images sized properly and ready to go.
Site must work and look right on Mac/PC and all browsers (Safari, IE, Firefox)
I work on a Mac only, so your site must work for Mac.
The site is based on a fixed window size and the background extends to fill larger monitors (like my current site). The frame stays the same, and the sections ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', etc) are always visible as a menu, no matter what is being viewed.
The menu/section names ('fashion', 'portraits', 'beauty', 'bio' etc) must operate with the rollover colour-change as it is now.

You can either use flash or jQuery to achieve this effect. & Integrate a Nice CMS to it so my client can Add/Edit/Delete Galleries in the cms.
I am looking forward to build a long-term relation ship as it will be a continuous flow of work for you.
