Improve Ebook with image design and upload to PDF

I have created a short ebook in word document. I already have a ebook cover design.
I am looking for someone to format the word document, add images to enhance the ebook and then convert the word document to PDF so that I can upload it on my website.
I do not want you to change any content but if you could make it flow better by adding spaces, extra lines or something along these lines, then that would be great. Maybe adding colours will look good. I would like page numbers, table of contents and the links inside the document to work ( 4/5 links only).
