This project is for a Ruby on Rails development project. Project is currently in requirements definition stage, so I realize not to expect an exact estimate - rough numbers will work for now. In its most basic form, this website will be a user submitted reviews site - in functionality, similar to something like Kudzu.com, corkd.com, epinions.com, etc. for a very specific industry.
Will need someone to take documented functional requirements, translate into technical specs, develop application, and integrate & design front-end. Design will follow along a "web 2.0" look (very much like corkd.com).
Phase 1 product will have about 10 objects / tables, maybe 5 major front end functionalities (creating account, session management/logging in, writing review, searching, etc.), and a back-end administration area to manage these objects (view and edit).
Please submit bid along with portfolio of RoR projects you've developed and designed.
