5. It would be grate if signup/login/profileEditing, could be made with a lightbox popup effect

This shouldn't be terrible expensive with all the plugins and extensions however priority number one is ensuring you can do a great job with this site VERY similar to the sample sites provided.

The back end of the site should be clean and simple to use, not cluttered or confusing as you will need to provide trouble shooting support for the client until they have a firm grasp of the back end and site updates.

Our company is a US-based photo-sharing website that allows users to vote on photos and win prizes based on weekly competitions.
