eBay-API, getItem and AddItem-Function needed

Hi Coders,
I need a small Script, that just has 2 functions, which I need to run from my other PHP-Scripts.
1 Function: getItem-Call. I need to call this function like this:
get_item($ itemID), where $ itemID is the eBay-Auction-ID.
Then the function must reed ALL needed Datas, to relist this Item later. So, it should read Item-Title, Startprice,Listingduration, Auctiontype, Shippingdetails and all this Stuff, including Country and categoryspecifics Informations(!) and store this Datas to an MySql-DB.
2 Function: AddItem-Call. I need to call this function like this:
get_item($ auctionID), where $ auctionID is the Database-ID of the prevously safed Item-Datas from the getItem-Call.
If I run this function, it should add an new Item on eBay with all these Datas, wich are stored in the Database. So, this Call should add an 100% Copy of the first Item.
I need everything, to make this Script working and the Script, but nothing else. So, NO Userinterface or something like this. If I can run call this functions from my Scripts, its fine.
