Simple links in Joomla 1.5

Hi I need an component for joomla 1.5 that turns words in content items into links like wikipedia does.
Its for creation of artist database!
for example
If I write the word "test" everywhere on my joomla site where used that word has to be a specified link. That I can set in Backend of joomla.

"Robbie Williams" = www.example.com/artistdatabase/robbiewilliams
"Windows" = www.example.com/artistdatabase/windows
In the component I will be able to set the link colour.
And I will be able to add unlimited links.
It has to be a component that I can use in more websites.
It has to be a simple component for joomla1.5 that can be used for long term.
It has to work with event list from slu.
So if people adding events they are able to only type the name of the artist "Robbie Williams" and then that will be a link to the entry of robbie williams in the artist database.
I don't know if this is possible to build.

just the link to "_blank" - right now they open in the same frame - it should open all links in the text
in a new blank-window!

Final CSS should work identically in four browsers (IE 6,7,8; FireFox, Chrome, Safari). You should be able to test in all four browsers, possibly on Mac also.
One example for immediate fix is that Links module (right bottom) works fine in Firefox but does not display correctly in IE.

I need a form fixed in joomla.
The submit button is not showing all the way at the bottom of the form.
