Our Thailand Yellow Pages web site is due for an upgrade. We have chosen the content management system by ViArt as the basis of the site and require PHP developers preferably with ViArt experience to build custom modules which will integrate with the core package. We will add the following modules: company search of our own online database, Data-Entry/">data entry module for the database (for admin users only), ability for web users to submit company details for later approval of site admins and inclusion in the site, and a searchable forum for companies that want to post business opportunities or to make contact with others with similar interests. In addition to the custom modules we also require modifications to existing ViArt modules to expand their functionality, such as providing context-sensitive links depending on search terms. The site also includes consumer pages, including the ability to post ads to buy and sell items, much like a simplified Ebay, which is based on the ViArt 'ads' module but with some custom code. Thai and English language versions of all pages will be available, we will provide the necessary translation.
Bidders should indicate their experience with the ViArt package and other technologies, and be prepared to submit examples of code for review. The winning bidder will have experience with working in a professional environment and demonstrate a focus on providing high quality database-driven applications on the LAMP architecture.

besides they would need a section to be like a blog.
Thats why I suggest an already made open-source CMS like Wordpress/">WordPress, Drupal, Joomla... etc
but please that plugin should be very easy to deal with, and be aware that we will add many data using that plugin so it should be very easy and in a fast way
