Need an extensive development for e-learning in media and film making courses.

need development of training program content for CFA(R) and FRM(R). The contents should conform to the updated syllabus of the CFA Institute and the GARP. Content will include classroom transcripts, powerpoint presentations, question banks, and mock tests. The priority is to develop contents for CFA(R) Level 1 and FRM(R) Part 1 exam preparation, followed by content for CFA(R) level 2, FRM(R) Part 2, and CFA(R) Level 3 exam preparation.

I am looking for someone to design a custom theme for moodle.

Stage1. Design the theme/ making changes as required
Stage2. Set up moodle functions as required to allow generation of a variety of types of quiz/test.
