iPhone Database Application

We are looking to outsource a project due to other demands we have. We are looking for someone who can develop a database application to run on the iPhone. This application will display text, numeric and image data which needs to be store locally in a database as well as synced with an online database.
The application needs to also have a bling look (graphical design) and the normal which the user can switch between.
The application will need to be able to utilize the iPhone camera to store images within the database, and each record will support more than one image, therefore the user would be able to take and store multiple images.
The developer would need to demonstrate their knowledge with development on the iPhone by supplying previous work when necessary.
The application needs to also have a bling look (graphical design) and the normal which the user can switch between.

internal database, in order to keep in the device the last data displayed (when the user has no network - wireless or 3G - the application will display the same thing was displayed last access).
