I need a provider that can put together a flash site from pre-made layout image files. I am designing the graphics for a flash website using photoshop...I will design all the link buttons, backgound graphics, pictures, texts, etc. I can even split the image files into layers where all the link buttons are on one layer, all the graphics on another, pictures on another, text, etc. I will have specific directions to what needs to be animated in flash as well. Basically, all the provider would have to do is to create a funtioning site out of the graphics that I provide. I am looking to spend around $ 200 or so. I have about 6 or so projects that are waiting to be done if you can do this right. Also, let me know if you could create a content management system for an extra $ 200. TO ensure that you have read this project fully...please respond with the word "dragons" in your pm.
