We have an existing iPhone Web app (www.gok4c.com) which we need an upgrade to match the attached wireframes. We will provide all graphic elements.

Note: Existing iPhone Web app must be viewed with user agent set to iPhone

This app will be very simple. It will require user accounts. The user will be able to submit an item and provide title and description of each item. This will also require location services from the iphone.

Please provide development cost as close as possible...a ballpark figure.

Im a graphic designer / web designer so I can provide mock-ups for the interface...and graphics assets.

(then later in Android).

This app will allow users to add text content, that is shared when users of this app are within 10 miles or by country or within a state/province?

If you have experience in iphone app development, quickly & with reviews you will be selected. I'm not sure if you have better ideas on how to make this a quick loading and proper iPhone App.
