ke a quote for someone to build me basic bridging functionality so I can have this application enabled for multiple calls. In other words, if 5 users call, the call goes to an online conference provider (say, Twilio), each user MUST enter an access code (a different code for each conference). Twilio then dials-in to my existing telephony application, sends in the digits for access code, and voila, my applilcation is multi-user enabled.

Meaning, for certain phone numbers recognized by this application, the phone would go to voicemail directly rather than ringing the phone as usual.

For example, if I added 919-123-0909 to the list, anytime that number called, it would goto voicemail and not ring the phone.

Of course, the user could enable or disable phone numbers.
