Need Password protected area for Oscommerce

Hi, I have an existing oscommerce website that needs a Password protected area that will allow only "prefered customers" to log in with their user ID and password and be able to purchase products without having to use credit cards or paypal, I want them to be able to use COD Method, I want this to be a privilege to only my " prefered customers only who I will select from all my customers list in the admin panel.
I am going to use www.ccavenue.com or http://www.abcpayments.com for credit authorizations services.

In summary, what I need done is:
1) Be able to categorized "preffered customers" from registered users in admin area

Try to separate PHP code from the presentation HTML markup as much as possible. I do not need web design, presentation graphics, etc. I shall do it later myself. Insert password protected folders into Dreamweaver
igning my website. Have managed everything except an added page for which it will hold password protected folders for clients to view. This is something I've never done before or know how.
The page is already set up, with the folders (currently have 3 folders) and have the text for where the 'password protected text' needs to go.
I imagine I'd need to dropbox my new website as it's not up yet.

So basically what I would need would be coding that would not allow anyone to upload data without payment. The script would take the user directly to the upload page once payment was processed and verified through whatever payment processor I choose.

Considering how you are going to be limited to how dotnetnuke works. I'm not going to have the designer design the actual individual product pages. You will have to do that. My thinking is they may make a design that you can't even program in dotneknuke. I think it will save you a lot of headaches.
