If we are satisfied with the design we would also like the site to be html/css coded, so it's a plus if you're a good programmer as well as a designer!

Design a full page (it is submission form) to look nice in the design. Currently it has listboxes & looks ugly. The listbox will need to be made smaller font & mix in well with the page.
