Flash Family website design

We require a photo/video family website using Macro media Flash. The site was already designed and running at a certain point. However, the company that designed it has pulled the content from their server.
The job will require to restore the original website content to a new server, plus to update the administrator section of the website in order to make uploading new file simple and user friendly.
We have in our possession the Html, Shockwave, and GIF files of the original design.
We would like to follow and maintain the original design of the site, not start a new design.
I am looking at a 2 week timeframe please.

For information about infusionsoft, go to www.infusionsoft.com. I'm a certified reseller for the site. This template will need the infusionsoft logo and to be simular to Infuionsoft in colors and feel.
Sites will be about 950 pixes wide. Would like nice footer with my logo on it.
I'll give details later on before project begins. I'll be awarding this project on monday.
