2. Watch the first 5 seconds, middle 5 seconds and last 5 seconds, and check both that the video plays correctly, and also that the audio is in sync with the video.
3. Upload these videos to my Viddler account, which is a video sharing site. Viddler has a batch upload script, so this should not be too bad.

I will give the usernames and passwords for the server and Viddler to the winning bidder.
