Flex/Java Site Audit and Update
Required skills: Flash, J2EE, Java, Python, Ruby/Ruby on Rails
I was working on a project for a client and was bought-out. I now own this Java/Flex software. It is a multimedia wiki and 3D meeting space site. The parts I like the most are the 3D meetings. I want to take this 3D meeting part and graft it onto an interpreted language framework (RoR, Django, Web2py, etc…).
I am looking for someone to audit this software to see what it would take to make this grafting happen. After the audit, I would prefer to work with the same company to implement this. However, I would like a full written memo on what it would take and estimated hours/skills/etc so that I have the option of finding another company to implement the change.
The purpose of this project is to SIMPLIFY the code I have. That is why I am moving away from java to a more novice friendly language/framework. I want to remove/convert all of the java.
This project is for the audit only so please bid accordingly. I will have you sign a NDA before you begin.

I could use a .asp page or series of .asp pages that would process the data for me. Either option is OK, but I prefer to be able to process the records in MS Access.

What i want, is fully cleanup from malware files (.htaccess, hidden files, wordpress and theme files) in my account, and update wordpress installation and theme. (i will send you the updated ecobiz theme). I will give you access to ftp.
I estimate the work to 4 hours.

Re-design and Update a HTML website
10 pages now. We want to add about 10 sub-pages with dropdown menu and restructure the site. We will supply pictures and writeups. We have brochure designs in PDF for each product. You will have to refer to PDF files and design a layout for products page. You have to design a banner for home page and another for inside - ideally with javascript, not flash.

Here is what i got back from my host, with regards to the Chown command. If you can help me get this done then bid on this project and help me change these two banners tonight!
As FTP using the bdsmplay user, it doesn't have permissions to overwrite root owned files. You may change the permissions on files with the chown command. This link offers detail on the chown comand:
