Hi Quality Flashi Animation Project for TV broadcast
Required skills: Flash, Graphic Design, Video Services
High Quality with HD Broadcast final product Flash-based animation for 6-minute / 20 episode cartoon needed. 720x480, 30 FPS. Freelancer is expected to do all character models, backgrounds animatics, animation, including lip-syncing.

We will be looking for a very quick turnaround (3-4 weeks). We have other similar projects scheduled for the next several months. Success on this project could lead to a preferred status on our future projects.

Pre- production needed: story boarding, character designs, backgrounds)
Full Color, average of 2 characters moving each scene
6 minutes an episode
Output to be on HD format
Script provided by us, story boards to be provided, animation, backgrounds, character modeling to be provided by the animator
Timeline to be provided for delivery
