I have a website, someone had promised me to finish but he didn't, he did do some or most of it, but we had to break the contract because of some troubles, I don't know if he did well or not, I am not experience in programming but I know that he didn't keep his promise and didn't do the job,
What am I looking for?
I am looking for someone who look at the site and tell me what is wrong with it, is it programmed right or not, what is the missing programming, and then let me know how much he wants to finish it for me,
I will also help him to know what I want in the site that is not set yet,

we have translated the nav bar etc, but the actual property descriptions should be in Spanish..
same goes for the other 3 extra languages.. can this be done automatically?

3. The redirect URL will use the first URL in the list, but if the first link is broken then it will continue to go down the list until it finds a working one
4. Able to delete and edit all items
4. Files with broken URLs will appear at the top of the list in the admin and have a flashing indicator
