We have 2 years worth of data in Simply Accounting (plus chart of accounts) that we want transferred into a new copy of Quickbooks, and then after that we need help manually entering the 2010 and 2011 expenses into Quickbooks, this is about 5-8 pages worth of statements per month (bank/credit cards/paypal) that needs to be entered.

Must have 5 years experience and have referenes. Show my CPA friend in the USA ( team viewer or gotomeeting ) how much you know before you get the job. Work will talk about 5 to 10 hours to set up and then ongoing once a month. We will be talking on skype with you now and then.

We can export all data from 2011 and 2010 from my account with paypal.

, I can select 4 copies. Here is what I need changed. When QB sends that to the printer, it sends it as 4 one page jobs and I need it to send it as 1 four page job so the printer recognizes it to staple all 4 at once.. This is done by default in Peachtree so there has to be a way in QB.
4) After printing, QB clears the "to be printed" box so it no longer shows up when I go to print.

We are a wholesale company that uses Quickbooks 2012 Enterprise edition. We would like someone to create a software that our customers can install that would allow customers to download our inventory database and easily add all of our products to their POS software. As we add to products to our quickbooks inventory, we want the software to be able to update our customers POS software to show the new products.
