Buy WordPress Template Through PayPal For Me

This is my first time posting a project.
I just had a wordpress template recently installed for me. The name of the website on the template needs to be changed. Not sure if this is just text or considered a logo. I want it to look exactly the same just different name.

I'm looking to use a wordpress coraline theme and just need someone to install the template for me on the domain name www.gretutornyc.com. this will probably take you around 10 minutes, but i just want to make sure it's done right.

starting from the right side. If you make it BELOW it, then I would have to get the header graphic updated. Also, there are no submenus… I would like a very simple submenu.
I can do the code updating myself, you just must provide me with the code and where it needs to be placed in the wordpress template. I assume these things are going to be very simple for someone to make and I need them as soon as you can produce them.

3. You will notice that on the 'bridal' page of the sample, they use a photo gallery that shows thumbs outside of the frame. Our template will not use that, we will use the full frame template for our gallery.
