Looking for RELIABLE & QUALIFIED FLASH designer to create live video site w/multiple operators & expansion possibilities.
Basic design requirements
Web 2.0 looks/style
Basic logo design(font provided + minor FLASH mods)
Video chat client - fully functional
Red5 server w/FMS
Like http://www.mogulus.com or www.stickam.com
Broadcasting quality must be very fast and smooth via HD Camcorder in studio. Open to suggestions re: codec preferences, etc.
All feeds not in use on profile site must show a busy/unavailable picture(TV static or "off the air" is OK).
A basic shopping cart/billing feature must be provided - and functional. It can be as simple as possible. Must accept CCs (CCBill gateway), and keep transactions secure.
The chat also must handle most foreign languages(like Pando.com)
Need full admin backend to track users/Agents metrics.
Must be cross-platform, and work w/all users(Windows/Mac/Linux/etc) on all browsers supporting Flash
Must work behind firewalls.
Need to have work done immediately. Only highly qualified candidates with extensive LIVE video chat/Adobe Flash experience will be considered.

o chat mode is in on the video chat screen, and the chat mode light indicators are not working on the home page. Also models have a feature where they can record videos and the saving part of the recordings for the recorded videos are not working. Another problem is the site logs out models after they have logged in and I found an error message which is probably why that problem is happening. Payment will be made using escrow or paypal after these items are fixed.
