Timelapse Photo Script
Required skills: AJAX, PHP, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Website Design, Website Security
**Please see the attached PDF for an outline of what I am trying to achieve. I will answer any questions posted on the clarification board.**
I would like this to be managed with a mix or AJAX and PHP with MYSQL if possible. Flash/Java can be used for webcam integration if needed and I am open as to how you play the stream.
I've put up a very rough demo at http://www.3cc.org/PAD/ . This is very rough and does not include all features. You may do it completely different to this, I do not mind.
The budget is based on an estimate; I need this cheap but any extra additions I need done will not be seen as charity and will be paid for.
Please provide an outline of how you will achieve this.

Thought then, that when a user signs up an account so duplicate the script so all the files go to the new directory where users can upload images

JQuery Pretty Photo Script inserted into website

I would like to add jquery script into my site in order to enable a slideshow effect and add video (youtube) links. I have looked into Pretty photo and it looks like it allows you to do all of the features I would like. I am looking for someone to add the jquery script.

a) Find me the suitable hosting service that fulfills ALL the scripts requirements.
b) Upload the script to the server and prepare all the setups needed to make it work (go live).
c) After the web site is on air, to teach me how to manage it and work with it.
