ok... my brain is fried!
I need to find a solution to achieve the desired shipping rates for oscommerce.
I have 2 scenarios and can split the cart into 2 seperate installs if necessary.
Willing to pay for work and if solution exists with basic contributions, I'm more than happy to pay for the guidance/instruction as well!
Here's the situation:
Selling Boxes (2 categories: Small Boxes and Large Boxes)
Large boxes are divided into subcategories (style1, style2, style3, style4)
Small boxes to ship to 1 of 2 zones (US and Rest of World)
Shipping rate should be per item and the rate should decrease as the quantity ordered increases.
Example:
Within US:
10 boxes: 2.00/box
20 boxes: 1.80/box
30 boxes: 1.60/box
Outside of US:
10 boxes: 4.00/box
20 boxes: 3.60/box
30 boxes: 3.20/box ...etc
Large boxes shipping to 1 of 4 zones (US, Europe, Africa, Rest of World). Flat rates would apply per item/per zone.
Example:
Style 1:
US: 10/box
Europe: 12/box
Africa: 14/box
Rest World: 16/box
Style 2:
US: 15/box
Europe: 16/box
Africa: 17/box

Osc - Change Shipping Options - Module Already Installed
Need OSC Expert to update shipping options on USPS / FedEx - for example, remove media mail, library mail, those types of options.

OSC Order Editor Fix and one other small fix

Because now the member discount class was set to the wrong calculation, please see attach file 01.jpg
I need to able to update it, now it's not linking up with my database correctly.
2nd thing I need to update is
during customer checkout, I need to have it's member id (accountid) pass in alone with their order into (table order) please check 02.jpg
This should only like 2-3 lines of code fix not a new development job.

User should can select the desired shipping method in your order.
For my oscommerce I am using local towns of the island as contries (in the countries mysql DB). I have selected Free Shipping for orders of 25? (Euros) or more (/includes/modules/order_total/). I need this free sipping method only for some countries, only for the following IDs (13, 42, 21, 55, 12, 49, 47, 34, 29, 2, 22, 37)
User should can select the desired shipping method in your order.

That is it. There are not too many items so this hopefully will be a quick project. I will need whoever does this to explain to me how I can make changes to the shipping for future increases.
I will select the first decently rated program to bid within my budget. Winner will be given access to the Cpanel where the site is located if need be. They will also be given admin access to the OSCMax install.

OSC pros - Quick Fix Needed
in the admin, I am no longer able to 'select' a customer by clicking their name.
I have 2 sets of buttons for edit/delete, etc (1 set on left and 1 set on right).
The problem is that in order to use the buttons on the right, you must first be able to click/highlight customer and then that customer becomes selected so you can then see details and use buttons on right.
I'm looking for someone who can get this done right away.

I am now trying to implement the shipping. I want to include USPS Shipping Methods, for real-time quotes.
I have the contribution installed, and have been placed on the production server at USPS (and have confirmed twice i am on the production server), but am still getting the error message.
I need someone to take a look and locate what the issue is, and correct it for me right now, as I need to get this site up and running by tomorrow.
