Web Image Harvesting
Required skills: MS Windows , Excel
I need to extract images from a large commercial website.
Total Number of images is approximately 70,000- 80,000
Image size varies from approximately 10K - 40K per image.
Images will be extracted from an address in this (sample) format:
http://www.xyzxyzxyz.com/mediasvr.dll/highresimage?saleitemid=123456
(actual address provided PM if you wish to check it)
I have an excel list of the 6 digit suffix numbers (e.g.123456) to use in specific retreival.
Images when extracted must use the original (saleitemid=) name but with the rest of the original address formatting dropped: e.g.123456.jpg, 123457.jpg, 845890.jpg etc. etc.
A disk containing the images should also be posted on completion for checking. Samples of the extraction can be emailed.
Ask questions if you are not sure of what I want (I don't want any "I didn't understand" after the job is awarded)! Work must be 100% accurate in regard to the naming of images.
Payment via paypal.

y shop, image has to be 1024 pixels wide by 299 pixels deep, i would like kids toys placed on this logo and put together nicely.
I am also looking for a logo design, it needs to be along the kids/Toy line so looks a little toyish maybe my business name in those kids wooden building blocks.

Whenever a user selects an image whose link is already in the database.. that link "count" is incremented. If the user selects an image whose link isn't already in the database , then add that link to the list . If you already have 5 links filled in for this URL (which is the maximum that we save), then throw out the link with the least count and put this new link in.

Print web image/pdf on uer demand
emp window to display the image without all the other text. Using the src path, it is able to print the image and finally, close down and return to the normal product screen.
I am not dictating the program... just it's functionality. If there are other ways to do this just work with me.

We also want to develop a new logo (look at my other projects listed), whose design should not “clash” with the overall design and colors of the web site. The types of logos and colors we like we like are in the file “logos.pdf”, but we are extremely flexible.

i have a group of images , images are stored in folders each folder represent a country.
