Website update - search and shopping cart functionality

REQUIREMENTS TO DO THIS PROJECT:
-all money will be paid to winning bidder once work is 100% completed.

Shopping cart:
-currently using OScommerce with google checkout in beta version of my store. I would like to make the interface easier to use. I would like to remove the option for users to sign-in and create and account, and just have a simple shopping cart. Once a customer is ready to checkout, he/she simply clicks go to checkout and completes the check-out process. I do not want anyone to have to create an account or ID/PW to checkout as currently is required. I would also be OK using Paypal....whichever is easier to implement.
Search functionality:
-I would like to make my products more easily searchable. For instance, when a customer click on any category (baseball, football, hockey etc.), instead of having 200 pages of products, I would like a list of all players names to appear (for that particular sport/category) so customer can search by player. So if a customer clicks baseball, a list of baseball players will appear that customer can choose. Once he chooses a player, all the products I have for that player should appear.
NOTE: all my inventory comes from excel data feeds. Once a week, all products are removed from site and updated feeds are imported
SEO: once the two above tasks are completed, I would like assistance with publishing the finished site and making URL’s search engine friendly.
