The application should explain these three different set of prices and allow for the users to pay using paypal or authorize.net.

Also it should include the graphic design of the pages using the design of our website which is very minimalistic.

If some custom font is used in the artwork, you should deliver the font to me as well. If that font is proprietary, you should also deliver the licence, which should allow this font usage in commercial applications without any problems. I will not carry charges for buying 3rd party fonts, so this is up to you.
