Revised VB Report and Graph Application linked to MS Access 97 Database by Namrac00Required skills: Visual BasicHello,
I would like this done by Thursday 01/24/2008 and no later than 01/29/2008. I would prefer someone that was on Eastern Standard Time or would at least work on that time so that any questions could be answered. Most of these reports are straightforward counts that just need to be connected to a front end so that the parameters selected will display the results of the parameters. I have been working on this project forever. I have had someone build a VB application with bugs. I had someone try to fix that and end up doing it in a cube that still didn't achive what I needed. So, now my director wants to go back to square one and this needs to be done all within ACCESS 97. All reports and graphs. I will need to correspond over email or chat to go over what I need. The database is to large to upload so I will have to do that by email. Basically here is what I need: A front end (Report Menu) that you choose the report that you want and the parameters: Facility, Unit, Advocate, and date range. I uploaded an example of how it would look. Reports: 1. Aggregate Summary Report of Concerns: (need this done by facility and then by facility/Unit) 2. Aggregate Summary Report of Sources: (done by facility only) which includes: Advance Directive, Courtesy Visit, New Admission, Special Assist 6. Aggregate Summary of Grievance:( this needs to be done by facility and Unit) 2. Concerns List (need this done by facility and then by facility/unit) 3. Complaint Parameters (need this done by facility and then by facility unit) 4. Complaint Categories (need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) Graphs: 1. Aggregate Summary of Concerns(need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) 2. Aggregate Summary of Grievance (need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) 3. Complaint Categories (need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) in a Pareto Style 4. Complaint Descriptions (need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) in a Pareto Style 5. Concerns by Nurse (need this done by facility and then by facility and unit) 6. The samples are only for prelistening before purchase.
