Quick Flash Banner - Urgent. Need by Tomorrow. by emitting

We need a quick flash animation done. We need this for tomorrow so would need a good communicator who we can go back and forth with quickly.
I've attached a jpg sample (finallook.jpg with company named blocked out) that needs to be animated as follows:
1. Starts off with blue background only.
2. Door opens in the distance (sound of door opening) with light coming from inside door and sillhouete of man in suit standing in door.
3. Man walks from door in distance to where he is in the attached JPG file (sounds of footsteps). He is carrying two suitcases like the ones in the attached suitcases.jpg.
4. Blue square (rotated like in finallook.jpg drops down behind him). Some sound effect with that.
5. Suitcases fade out while company slogan (the whited out boxes) zoom in from both sides (again some small sound element). "Effects" lettering also fades in on either side. Final result is what you see in the finallook.jpg file.
Note, if possible, it would be great to have an added step between 3 and 4 where the suitcases open and products (like shirts) come out... This is optional step and only if can be pulled off without looking too cheesy.
To bid, make sure you attach some small animation you did of a person walking towards the viewer. This is a critical component and I want to make sure bidder can do it well.

l thumb nail pics of people that i need to put one per slide and some info (3 lines copy and paste text) on each picture in a word document. So each slide is a mini profile, then i need to put in flash and make each one appear for 5 seconds and fade away and fade a new one. thats it!

en second text will appear "Intelligent Business Solutions", both texts will disappear by getting inside the box of BIIS (attached. See exp1. for quick explanation). Once both text will get inside the box, box will get bigger and will be highlighted. The movie will end by having BIIS text appearing as 'BIIS, be a part of an intelligent system". This flash banner needs to stay continuously scrolling, hover over effect can stay the same but I would like that when an image is clicked it will then create a lightbox effect and open up on top of the page with a black transparent background and the image at full size. The user can then click a close button and it will take them back to the page and the flash will continue scrolling.

A 728x90 Flash Banner
"Exchanger". An innocent looking kid walks onto the banner and gives money to the fat guy. The fat guy kicks the kid, and the kid flies off of the banner.

I do not have any experience in flash, but I am a graphic designer so I party made the graphics for the flash banner, I just need someone to make the banner into flash. Simple project, should take only a couple hours for a qualified worker.
