Need a simple form with around 10 fields (name, address, email etc). When submitted it creates an xml file containing this data
Also need a SWF (design will be supplied without coding) which loads this xml file and displays the data
When the form is submitted the xml and SWF get zipped up and emailed to the email address specified.
All design work will be supplied to you, we just need the programming done
Bidders must be quality coders, AJAX may need to be involved for live Flash previews

PHP Form To Email Script that Sends Word Doc File as Attachm

They should be able to submit the form after the first Section if they don't want to go on and finish the whole Online Application.
